What we collect when you reserve a ClinicBox
When you submit your email on the reservation form, we store:
- Your email address.
- A session identifier and the page paths you visited on this site (for understanding which content brings clinicians here).
- UTM parameters from the URL you arrived on (if any).
That is the entire data set we keep for waitlist signups.
What we do with it
- We email you about ClinicBox — release timing, design-partner invitations, batch shipment updates.
- We do not train any model on your reservation data.
- We do not sell, rent, or share your email with third parties.
- We do not use your email for any product other than ClinicBox.
How to remove your data
Email hello@prizmox.com with the subject "delete my data." We will remove your email from our waitlist and our event log within 7 days. There is no archive — once deleted, we cannot recover it.
Third-party services used by this site
This page uses Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to understand which traffic sources bring clinicians here. These services may set cookies or use browser storage. EU and California visitors will see a cookie consent banner before any non-essential tracking runs (banner is being wired before paid traffic launches).
About the ClinicBox device itself
Once you receive a ClinicBox appliance, all session audio and notes generated by the device stay on the box, on your office network. ClinicBox the company never receives session audio, transcripts, or note content from your appliance. That is the architectural commitment of the product, and it is independent of this website's privacy practices.
