Reserving a ClinicBox

By submitting your email on the reservation form, you are joining a waitlist. You are not purchasing anything. You are not committing to a purchase. No credit card is required. You will receive an email when ClinicBox enters general availability — at which point you can decide whether to order.

Pricing is indicative

The pricing shown on this site — $1,500 hardware (one-time) + $99/month software — is expected pricing for the launching configuration. It is indicative and may change before general availability. We will confirm final pricing in your shipment-ready email.

Ship dates are estimates

We are currently shipping to design partners. Joining the waitlist holds your spot for the next general shipment. Once the next batch is confirmed, you will receive a date estimate by email. We do not commit to a specific ship date today.

Marketing language describes the shipping product

Copy on clinicbox.prizmox.com describes the intended capabilities of the device at general availability. Features, integrations, and exact note formats may change between now and shipment as we learn from design-partner deployments. We will not silently weaken any of the privacy or architectural claims (on-prem only, no cloud, no BAA chain) — those are the product's load-bearing commitments.

If we shut down

The ClinicBox appliance is designed to keep working without our servers. The model weights are local to the box. The binaries are signed and on-device. We will publish our update-signing keys before general availability so that, in the event the company shuts down, you retain the ability to verify your existing software and (if you choose) install community-signed updates.
